Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) Protocol generation to meet commissioning levels 2 (installation verification) and 3 (startup) requirements.
Mobilization to site will also begin during this phase.
Hardware Factory Acceptance Testing (HFAT) protocol execution to meet commissioning level 1 requirements
Software Factory Acceptance testing (SFAT) protocol execution to meet commissioning level 1 requirements
Onsite Installation and Assembly shall be by provided by the low voltage electrical installer with supervision, oversight, and quality/functionality verification to be provided by Thermo Systems and DECI. Thermo Systems shall provide a resilient BMS in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
The Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manual(s) that will be used during training will also be generated during this phase.
Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) protocol execution to meet commissioning levels 2 (Installation verification) and 3 (startup requirements.
Initial training of The Owner's operations and maintenance personnel shall also take place during this phase so that they can assist in the commissioning of the various systems.
Final/As-Built Drawings and Design Documentation to be generated at the end of this phase.
Assist The Owner's commissioning agent (if applicable) in performing level 4 (functional testing) and level 5 (integrated system testing) commissioning activities.
